YouTube Contract of Valkyrae

One of YouTube Gaming’s biggest streamer Rachell Hofstetter AKA Valkyrae revealed that her contract with YouTube means the number of viewers she gets doesn’t actually matter.

Valkyrae signed last January 2021 on YouTube and since then, her channel immediately blew up, her sub count has risen from 1.1million to 3.5 million. She has since expanded her portfolio and become involved in many ventures such as starring in music videos with popular artists like Bella Poarch and Corpse Husband, and also acquiring an ownership stake in an Esports Organization, 100Thieves.

Recently, she revealed the security of her contract with YouTube saying that she no longer pays attention to the number of viewers she gets. She explained by saying that YouTube helped her take the pressure off when creating content and as she became a mainstream star, YouTube aided her development.

She said that switching platforms helped her to be more successful and said that it is for stability knowing that she doesn’t have to worry about numbers and stuff anymore since her contract doesn’t rely on that.

The details regarding her contract are not known to the public but regarding what Valkyrae said, it’s clear that the stability of it enables her to be more experimental with her content.
