xQc Watched Neymar Gambling On Stream

Famous soccer player Neymar Jr. hosted a gambling broadcast on Twitch today, much like the ones he and Trainwreck used to do before it was allegedly prohibited last September, which infuriated top streaming star xQc.

The streaming star found it to be the quintessential illustration of some “pick and choose bullshit,” in that it demonstrated how ready the Amazon platform appears to be to ignore gambling streams. He tried to consider all sides of the issue in order to avoid coming across as a Twitch hater, but in the end came to the same conclusion: “This is some pretty big pick and choose dogshit.” In order to demonstrate his point, xQc claimed that there is “absolutely no argument” against favoritism, both morally and legally, and that if he and Trainwreck began hosting gambling streams on the same website as Neymar, it would be shut down in four days.

Of course, not all gaming is prohibited on Twitch. It is only applicable to “gambling sites that include slots, roulette, or dice games that aren’t licensed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions that provide consumer protection.”

At the time of the debut, Stake.com, Rollbit.com, Duelbits.com, and Roobet.com were on the list of unwelcome gambling websites. In the future, Twitch promised, they would find more that met the criteria and add them to their roster, which can be found in the Community Guidelines’ part on Prohibited Gambling Content. That implies, however, that Blaze is currently not banned even though it provides many services that are similar, such as slots and roulette. But, according to xQc, that is irrelevant. The French-Canadian celebrity was unimpressed by what he described as an extreme case of partiality. Neymar may be one of the most well-known soccer players in the world, but in xQc’s opinion, this shouldn’t matter on Twitch or in the broadcasting community.

It appears that some fans don’t believe it’s a big deal. They contend that all Twitch needs to do is determine whether it qualifies for their exclusions, and if not, add it to their list of prohibited websites.
