On November 6th, Felix “xQc” appeared on Adin Ross’ stream, which caused quite a stir in the streaming world.
After growing frustrated with people presuming they are in a relationship ever since the two kissed live on stream a few days ago, the former Overwatch pro openly declared that he is not dating nyxxii. Since the beginning of the stream today, Felix has received a deluge of questions from Reddit users and chat users on an incident that occurred yesterday on Adin Ross’ stream in which nyyxxii was spotted kissing other women.
The Juicer angrily disagreed with the notion that he was even in a relationship while reading a Reddit remark blaming him for “allowing” it to happen: “Holy f*ck! I’m not in a relationship, holy f*ck! I literally am not.”
The past several months have seen a lot of relationship-related turbulence on the Canadian streamer. It all began with a contentious public split from his ex-girlfriend and fellow Twitch streamer Adept. It didn’t help either of them that they both discussed personal matters in front of thousands of online viewers. The xQc-Adept drama reignited last week after the latter showed up on his feed. Felix responded by saying that he was not dating her and that everyone was making a big deal out of nothing. However, a few days later, xQc was streaming with the British streamer nyyxxii, and footage of their private exchanges quickly became viral online.
After nyyxxii kissed a few girls on Adin Ross’ stream, there was an uproar of remarks on r/xqcow where many people criticized the streamer for allowing his date to kiss other people live. This is the reason for the Juicer’s outraged disclosure of his relationship status. xQc vehemently denied being in a relationship after reading such a comment: “I don’t see anyone I’m in a relationship with… I’m not. Bro, bro, I’m not in a relationship. I am not in a relationship. I am not! Holy sh*t! Like, oh my god.”
The streamer reiterated that he hadn’t indicated he was in a relationship when someone in the chat mentioned it, and he even offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who could email him a recording of him making that claim. “What? I said I was? I never said a single time that I’m in a relationship… If you clip me saying that we are in a relationship, right? That we are in a relationship, right? I’ll give you a thousand bucks. I’ll PayPal you $1,000 immediately.”
A video footage from his audience appeared to show him admitting that nyyxxii is his girlfriend, but xQc stressed that he doesn’t have a girlfriend and isn’t in a relationship. He identified himself as nyyxxii and said that although they were dating, it wasn’t the same as being in a committed relationship: “It’s a girl that I’m currently seeing and dating, we’re going out on dates.”
