xQc Rage Quits Twitch Rivals

Elden Ring was recently abandoned by popular Twitch streamer and content creator xQc, who rage-quit the game live and uninstalled it from his Steam library.

To the delight of his viewers, xQc is shown in the Twitch video peacefully exiting his game, closing it down, and uninstalling it. Elden Ring, a game that was released a year ago, quickly rose to prominence, selling more than 20 million copies worldwide and won four honors at the 2022 Game Awards, including Game of the Year. One of the key factors in the game’s success is its challenge, which required players to continually strategize and devise new tactics to defeat formidable foes.

xQc was having fun playing the player against player mode of Elden Ring during a stream on February 23. He engaged in coliseum combat. After engaging Combatant Mel’Dahn in a bloody conflict that ended in a three-win tie, xQc went back to the Roundtable Hold to get ready for yet another conflict.

He continued to fight after his draw, which left him dissatisfied, but he was unable to win them all, which in turn irritated xQc more and more. His audience encouraged him to keep playing even after he stopped the game and returned to the main title screen because they were aware of xQc’s propensity to lose his cool and rage quit games. As a result of the widespread appeal, xQc resumed play, but he altered things up by playing Union Combat, a PVP mode in which players are divided into two teams and engaged in timed combat with the option to respawn. Sadly, xQc did not regain his form and instead seemed to be one of his team’s worse players, which was bad news for the streamer and his teammates.

Elden Ring’s PVP matches had a ton of techniques at their disposal, but the streamer couldn’t stay alive long enough to use them, thus they kept giving the other team points. xQc calmly exited the game, went back to Steam, and removed it from his PC as his audience fueled the flames by accusing him of feeding (a technique in which players purposefully die to assist the opposition team to score points quickly).

xQc detailed his reasons for losing the match, including high ping, having cavities, and overindulging in Kentucky Fried Chicken, after expletives were used in frustration. Although Elden Ring has been the target of many streams’ rage-quits throughout its first year on the market, xQc’s explosion might be at the top of the list of best explosions. xQc’s teammates tried to soothe him and ignite the flames by assuring him he did his best and that they were proud of their work over the course of the following two hours while watching films and interacting with his audience.

Perhaps in the future, xQc will install Elden Ring once more and engage in combat.
