xQc Offers Take On Streamer of the Year 2022

Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, a dominant figure on Twitch, recently questioned the finalists for the Esports Awards’ Streamer of the Year award and made some amusing jabs at League of Legends streamer tyler1.

With entertainers and esports professionals competing for some of the most important accolades the scene currently provides, the annual Esports Awards have grown to be a significant event on the calendars of the gaming community. The finalists for each category will be revealed on June 30 ahead of this year’s awards presentation in Las Vegas. The Streamer of the Year finalists, wholly debatably the largest category at the Esports Awards, have just been announced. xQc did not appear, which is unfortunate for the former Overwatch professional. Additionally, he made fun of Tyler1, who was nominated, and had some harsh comments for the other nominees.

When looking through the list of finalists in a broadcast on July 1st, xQc couldn’t believe that tyler1 had received a nomination while others, including Ludwig, didn’t. He said; “Finalists for Streamer of the Year are… oh motherf**ker man. Holy, I mean dude I was lazy this year it is what it is. I f**king fell off, it is what it is. I f**king fell off boys.”

He didn’t appear too disappointed that he wasn’t chosen, but he did object to tyler1’s nomination, starting a brief imitation of the League of Legends streamer. He declared, “I don’t give a f**k about not being streamer of the year. I don’t give a f**k about not being on that list, but if you’re not gonna put me, don’t put f**king tyler1. Why the f**k is tyler1 on there? What the f**k? Bro… where’s Ludwig?”
