xQc Ditches Myth

Fans were worried when Twitch star Felix “xQc” Lengyel decided to wager on stream rather than participate in Ali “Myth” Kabbani’s Black Ops 2 tournament on August 11.

In order to make Myth’s event into a huge spectacle, xQc had consented to team up with individuals like Blaustoise, Buddha, Deansocool, Jerma, Kalei, Masayoshi, Sykkuno, Symfuhny, and Valkyrae. He left, nevertheless, without telling them.

Myth said to others while watching xQc stream slots; “Dude, I just need a yes or a no. Gambling, man. Do not get it fucking twisted. Do not gamble… for the love of god.”

The French-Canadian streamer has acknowledged having a history of gambling addiction. So, it goes without saying that his supporters were worried about it and expressed that concern on his devoted subreddit. The user who started the thread said; “The gambling is seriously getting out of hand. xQc, get some help, my brother.”

Fans were alarmed, and this resulted in hundreds of comments and likes. One of them exclaimed, “I can’t believe he ditched Myth and didn’t tell him he wasn’t coming. Myth had his name in the title and everything.”

Several others, according to the comments, agreed with the sentiment. Another person added, “Turning on Twitch and seeing he’s yet again gambling is actually disappointing and sad at this point. Ditching a tourney to gamble is literally degenerate.”

Since xQc resumed hosting sponsored gambling streams in May, they have generated a lot of discussion on Twitch. The Amazon-owned platform is under increasing pressure to ban them, but xQc believes that will never happen. However, his Twitch fans is also concerned about what they feel is quickly turning into a serious habit given that he has streamed slots for 170 hours so far in 2022—more than any game aside from GTA V. He left Myth’s tournament to gamble for hours without telling anyone, and now xQc’s mountainous “juicer army” is raising the alarm.
