Why Was OfflineTV Created

Famous Twitch Streamer Imane Anys also known as Pokimane explained how she made the social entertainment group of content creators called OfflineTV.

OfflineTV was originally created by William Li known as Scarra and their manager Chris Chan.

Pokimane answered a viewer when she was asked how she joined OTV. She answered by saying that she is one of the founding members of the famous group OTV.

She said; “You know what’s crazy? I made OTV, not on my own, but I was there at the inception so technically I didn’t really join, and I chose the name Offline TV ‘cause I wanted it to be like, you know, showcasing what we do, offline!”

She also explained how streamers would sometimes lose popularity because some players lose interest in the game they are streaming. She explained and said; “The way that you counteract, that is to build an audience off your personality and have them know more about you”. She added; “I wanted to be able to create content outside of gaming”.

There’s lots of speculation circulating if she’s quitting the group but she clarified to her viewers that it won’t happen.

Even though she moved out from the OfflineTV house in June, she clarified that she’s still part of the group and that she still continues to create content with them.
