VALORANT Streamer S2A Banned

S2A known on Twitch as S2Aval has recently received a ban from twitch after he was caught stream sniping by a content creator for Team Synergy, Diaamond. S2Aval is an aspiring Valorant pro player and streamer. He is undoubtedly a skilled player, and has even reached Radiant in ranked mode. During a recent stream of Valorant matches, S2Aval faced another pro player named diaamond and during the match, S2A magically seems to predict the pro’s movements. Flashing the corridor that leads to B using Phoenix‘s ‘Curveball,’ he takes the pro by surprise and gets a quick kill.

Because of this, Diaamond suddenly realized that S2A was stream sniping and called him out in the game chat stating; “You are so obvious,” however, S2A calls the situation so cringe before clarifying to his teammates stating, “he thinks I’m sniping because I flashed B main.” S2Aval went to diaamond’s stream and constantly stream sniped him but after being called out, he still kept on denying that he wasn’t.

Shortly after, S2Aval made a big mistake by pressing Alt+Tab, which showcased all his ongoing tasks on stream and his viewers clearly saw that he was watching diaamond’s stream on Twitch. S2A, however, probably didn’t expect Diaamond would check his stream and alt-tabbed out of the game so, Diaamond acted quickly and clipped the moment where you could see his stream open on S2A’s PC before exposing him on Twitter with a caption: “you can’t make this up”. Even though Valorant didn’t take any action against S2Aval, Twitch has banned the pro player. All his content is no longer available on the platform, and it is safe to assume this happened after diaamond’s supporters mass reported him. Stream sniping is a practice prohibited in Twitch as the community guidelines stated, Any activity, such as cheating, hacking, botting, or tampering, that gives the account owner an unfair advantage in an online multiplayer game, is prohibited. This also includes exploiting another broadcaster’s live broadcast in order to harass them in-game, such as stream sniping.”
