Valkyrae Saving Among Us From Its Demise

Popular Youtube streamer and one of the co-owners of the popular organization 100thieves, Rachell Hofstetter aka Valkyrae has recently shared her opinion regarding how they could save the game Among Us from falling. The game Among Us has seen its meteoric rise in the year 2020 with several of the biggest streamers joining in the hype. Streamers like Corpse husband, Valkyrae, Sykkuno and more have risen in popularity even more since they started playing this game. This game became popular because this serves as a bonding of these streamers because in one lobby, there should be atleast 10 players who will be playing in a round.

The game’s popularity seemingly dropped off in 2021 as some players have now been flocking to games such as the likes of Valorant or GTA RP including Sykkuno and Valkyrae. Now, Valkyrae has a different take on why the game has seen such rapid decline, and she makes some pretty interesting points as she discussed this during their recent live broadcast while playing Among Us together with the original crew. While playing, Valkyrae went on to ask herself “Why did Among Us fall off?”

Shortly afterwards, she answered her own question stating; “I think that if Among Us wants to stay popular, I think what they need to do is make it so that people can create their own maps, y’know like designing and putting vents in places and stuff.” Valkyra seemingly called for more customization options as they are not fast enough to release new maps. It is great to see the Amigops and friends take to the hallowed halls of the Among Us spaceship once but it appears that the devs will need to up their game if they want the title to remain prominent.
