Valkyrae Hits Out At “Terrible” Fans

Youtube streamer Valkyrae has hit out at fans for shipping her with another popular youtube streamer Dream. During one of Valkyrie’s live broadcasts while she and other popular streamers have been playing Valorant, Twitch streamer Imane Anys aka Pokimane approached Valkyrae as a donor leaving pokimane a message regarding Rae and Dream.

Pokimane stated; “By the way, Rae, someone donated to me to tell you that your username is like your ship name with Dream”. Dream is a 21-year-old Minecraft YouTuber while Valkyrae is a 29-year-old youtube streamer. As pokimane said in the donor message with their fellow streamers chiming in, such as Michael Reeves, who said; “That’s the worst thing I ever heard”, considering Dream and Valkyrae have an eight-year age difference. Valkyrae immediately answered; “No, it’s not! That’s terrible! I’m almost thirty! Shut the f**k up! Are you kidding me? That’s a terrible, terrible thing to say!”

Then shortly afterwards, she followed with a joke saying; “Okay, now donate to me and say the same thing!” Being ‘shipped’ with one another — meaning that fans will “pair” them together for a proposed romantic relationship and it seems that this suggestion sent Valkyrae over the edge due to their eight-year age difference. There’s no denying that Rae is not into the suggestion, whatsoever.
