Former Super Smash Brother’s Pro Player Narioby Quezada also known as Nairo recently returned streaming. His comeback gathered different reactions from the Smash community.

The streamer cleared and claimed that he had cleared all of the charges that was thrown at him legally after he was accused by his fellow competitor Zach Lauth also known as CaptainZach of committing statutory rape. He said that after a year of dealing with his situation, he and CaptainZach have now reached a legal agreement. He also said that he wanted to move forward with his life and that includes getting back into streaming.

Nairo wants to go back streaming but there was still a problem: He is still banned on the streaming platform Twitch.

Different people in the Smash community voice their concerns regarding Nairo’s return on Twitch. Others also called on Twitch and requested to remove the ban against Nairo. Also one of his fellow streamer Juan DeBiedma aka Hungrybox stated that Twitch should read and respond to the document with updated facts on the said situation.

The document shows evidence of CaptainZach blackmailing Nairo and admitting that he asked money from Nairo to keep him silent. He also claimed that he was raped in his sleep by CaptainZach.

Different comments about Nairo’s innocence have popped up and one of his fellow streamers Ezra Morris aka Samsora also tweeted a public apology to Nairo and admitted his quick judgement to Nairo and said that he should have listened to his side of the story. He said that he knows that Nairo is not a predator and it pains him to know that his misunderstanding about the said issue damaged people’s perspective of Nairo’s character. He also said that he wanted to make things right and apologized to the streamer.

As of now, there is still no update on Nairo’s twitch status but many are still hoping that Twitch will look at his situation and consider unbanning Nairo.
