Twitch Bans Streamer Indefinitely

Twitch streamer WesBtw got an indefinite ban from twitch due to his latest stream where he filled a pool with various food products and condiments. On January 29th, Wes wrote on twitter, teasing his followers about what he was about to do on his upcoming stream as he wrote; “Tomorrow. 5PM Central. One man. One pool. One bedroom. Countless gross shit. It’s gonna be mayhem”, with a picture of the ingredients that he would be using in the pool.

During his live broadcast, he spent hours filling the pool with the ingredients including milk, sour cream, bread, mustard, and much more. He was just standing in it, however, the fun ended when twitch indefinitely banned him. Because of this, Wes took a twitter post explaining what had actually happened. He announced; “I was indefinitely banned for bodily fluids but ZERO bodily fluids were shown or occured. No pee, no poo, no vomit, no blood, etc. TwitchSupport PLEASE HELP”. Then he followed up with another tweet explaining; “There were no open wounds, there was no blood, there was no pee/poop AND I never peed or pooped in the pool, there was no vomit, there was no spit. I have spent the last 3 months turning my life around losing weight, quitting drinking, etc. And now this… ffs.”

Many of his viewers and followers have agreed, saying that even though the stream may have been gross, it was not worthy of an indefinite ban. The ban seems to have come as a blow to WesBtw and his community, but they have been trying to reach Twitch on Twitter to appeal it.
