The Happy Hob Banned

Aiden Mason most commonly known online as The Happy Hob has been suspended from twitch, but the reason behind the ban is still unclear. Aiden is known for his no-hit Dark Souls challenges on his stream. Aiden took over twitter as he shared that he was suspended from twitch for 14 days, but didn’t specify exactly the reason as to why he got suspended and it seems like he also doesn’t know why.

He wrote on twitter; “Suspended for 14 days. More information to come. If it’s not for the clip below then it should be tbh. See you guys soon hobbH”. The clip shows himself playing no-hit runs while his face zooms in hilariously. Aiden did not share why he was banned and fans are speculating that it was from a joke deemed offensive by a viewer who later reported him. Also, Twitch has not commented on the reason for the suspension, however, this is not uncommon even for high-profile bans and suspensions.

As The Happy Hob indicated in his twitter post that he got a 14 days ban and considering the recent trend of Twitch of permanently banning some streamers, some fans are also thankful that Happy Hob’s suspension is only temporary. Some fans are upset that the unidentified reason for the ban has resulted in two full weeks away from streaming while some other high-profile bans have been much shorter for excessive breaches of Twitch’s terms of use.
