Sweet Anita Responds

Popular female twitch streamer Sweet Anita has recently discussed mental illness during a recent live stream on twitch. However, it seems like this topic has unfortunately brought out a number of trolls but Twitch streamer Sweet Anita has now hit back at trolls and fought back against those toxic people in the chat. Twitch streamer Sweet Anita is a well known streamer on twitch who has Tourette’s syndrome. Tourette’s syndrome is a disorder that causes her to have involuntary tics. For the streamer, these are usually profane outbursts and strange noises. Sweet Anita is also known for being one of the most transparent users on the platform, especially when it comes to matters of mental illness.

During one of her latest live broadcasts, she decided to discuss mental illness. Shortly after, some people in the chat decided to make fun of her, citing the scars on her wrists as a reason not to listen to her advice. Because of this harsh comment, Sweet Anita got a quick and emotional response as she explained that she started self-harming at around eight years old. She hasn’t self-harmed for over 10 years.

She hit out; “You’re not mocking me or my ability to care for myself. You’re mocking a nine-year-old for being abused you cuck womble.” According to Sweet Anita, this self-harm is her way to cope with abuse. She explained that people who self-harm often aren’t trying cause permanent damage to themselves. She also added that depression can be life-threatening because it doesn’t only make people suicidal. It causes people to stop sleeping, stop eating, or otherwise bring serious harm to themselves.
