Streamers xQc and Ludwig’s Idea For an NFT

Twitch streamer Felix Lengyel aka xQc and Ludwig Ahgren have recently talked about their plans for a future NFT design, which they joked about revealing.

Many streamers reunited on November 10, 2021 to play Among Us once more. After weeks of broadcasters playing it nonstop in 2020, the Among Us fever had died out for a while. A new game update was recently launched, prompting everyone to return for a few rounds.

While they waited for the round to begin, xQc shared an idea with Ludwig saying; “Also Lud, I was thinking if we NFT our kiss and we sell it as a one-of-one, we could make a lot of money if we split the profits.”

Ludwig was quick to pick up on the joke and responded: “Or, or, we do ten-thousand kisses and NFT all of them.”

xQc outsmarted Ludwig with a fast response saying; “Or we could kiss ten-thousand times and only NFT one of them.” Ludwig replied by saying “that’s why you’re number two baby,” a reference to the list of Twitch channel incomes that was leaked in early-October 2021.

xQc was ranked second, while Critical Role, a D&D group, was ranked first. Over the laughter of everyone in the lobby, Felix responded, “It’s content.”

Fans of xQc and Ludwig are well aware that the two streamers have regularly expressed their opposition to the concept of NFTs. xQc watched a documentary by WIRED earlier this week during a stream on the largest Bitcoin mining plant in the United States. During the video, he expressed his thoughts on crypto mining, comparing it to tackling “problems made hard on purpose.”

While Ludwig was seen on video criticizing Tyler Faraz “Trainwreckstv” Niknam over a $200k NFT purchase the latter had made.
