Streamer’s Total Income From Three days In Front Of Cho Doo Soon’s House

Streamer BJ Park Funny recently revealed the amount of money that he earned by streaming in front of Cho Doo Soon’s house. The Cho Doo-soon Case refers to an assault that took place in Ansan, South-Korea, in December 2008, in which an eight-year-old girl known only as Na-young was kidnapped and raped by the criminal Cho Doo-soon in a bathroom inside a church. This severely damaged the victim’s body.

On December 15th, BJ Park Funny posted a video with the title; “I’ll reveal my incredible income.” He streamed in front of Cho Doo Soon’s house, beginning the day he was released on December 12th until the 14th, for a total of three days. He revealed that he earned over 15 million KRW alone in advertising revenue and earned over 17 million KRW in total, including the star balloons that he received from his viewers during the three days.

BJ Park Funny said he was not trying to boast about the revenue he had earned but only wanted to take responsibility as being one of the people standing in front of Cho Doo Soon’s house. He stated; “I’m not trying to boast about my profit. I want to try to take responsibility as one of the people standing in the line in front of Cho Doo Soon’s house. I contemplated in the middle of streaming. I will donate all the money I earned during the three days to a welfare center in Ansan.”
