Streamers Begging for Subscribers

Felix Lengyel aka xQc is one of the most popular Twitch streamers on the platform. He gained popularity recently because of the rising game Among Us. During one of his streams, he shared his thoughts towards other streamers who are begging on their chat for subscribers. During his stream, a member on his chat spoke about the topic, and then xQc proceeded to rant about the issue, expressing his thoughts.

He stated in the stream; “Listen, guys, I’ve been on Justin TV, I’ve been on Owned TV as a watcher and I’ve seen it all OK, I’ve seen people almost blame their audience or their viewers for quitting their job to go full time or say guys I’ve quit full time, and well money’s not getting in so you guys are going to have to subscribe. No, fuck off bitch. The fuck is your problem? Don’t do that dude. Who thinks like that”? A member of his chat responded by saying that it was easy for xQc to say that because he was one of the most popular streamers on the platform and that he doesn’t need all of it because fans are giving him subs already.

xQc quickly responded saying that he was streaming long ago when he still had only 150 viewers and he was one of the biggest League French streamers, but nobody donated to him and he was just making $2 a week. He shared the situation that he was in that when his stream grew to be large, explaining that streamers shouldn’t guilt the viewers for something that they did, as he stated; “It doesn’t matter, you shouldn’t guilt the viewers for something that you did, a choice that you did, a career path you took, that’s so weird”.
