GTA RP Streamer Sent Vile Abuse From xQc ‘Chat Hoppers’

An altercation on a Grand Theft Auto Online roleplaying server led to streamer KylieBitkin being harassed by the audience of popular twitch streamer Felix Lengyel aka xQc. GTA Online Streamer KylieBitkin has been a streamer on Twitch since 2019 and is a member of the role-play server NoPixel.

However, during one of her recent live broadcast while playing in the server, she experience to be targeted by toxicity from so-called ‘chat hoppers’ in GTA RP after an interaction with xQc. It all started when xQc did a bank heist and xQc and KylieBitkin’s character had a confrontation. After a brief peaceful negotiation KylieBitkin killed xQc’s character while he had his back turned, enraging his fans who promptly joined KylieBitkin’s stream and began harassing her. KylieBitkin was targeted instantly, with viewers “hopping” over to their chat, and sending extremely violent messages.

In one clip, KylieBitkin responded to a message sent in chat, even bizarrely suggesting she would be “crucified.” Then KylieBitkin’s most recent youtube upload was bombarded with dislikes, and countless comments mocking her including transphobic messages. As well on twitter as KylieBitkin’s tweets, which were unrelated to the stream with xQc, were bombarded with hateful replies. This all happened despite xQc’s instructions to his viewers not to chat hop, saying he didn’t care about the incident.
