Streamer Omie Accuses Fedmyster Of Using Shady Tactics

Federico “Fedmyster” Gaytan, a former member of Offline TV, is allegedly lying about his recent gambling streams, according to GTA RP streamer Omie.

On October 17, 2022, during a GTA livestream, the Twitch star accused his colleague content creator of using “fake money” to promote his gambling website to viewers. The last several months have seen a lot of discussion about the Twitch gambling streaming meta. The Fedmyster accusations surface only one day before the platform is scheduled to outlaw dice, slots, and roulette games that are not authorized in the US or other comparable jurisdictions.

Omie began discussing cryptocurrency gambling toward the end of his livestream. In an effort to expose what he perceived to be blatantly fraudulent behavior, he leveled some serious claims against Fedmyster. The streamer claimed that Fedmyster had been using bogus money to advertise his gambling website on stream without specifying how he learned about the alleged scam. He stated: “I have decent reason to believe that Fedmyster is using fake money on his gambling website and is saying that it’s a #ad but its not a #ad, it’s literally his website.”

Omie continued, calling everyone involved “liars,” and claiming that the balance displayed by the Twitch star on his broadcast was not “raw balance”: “He says it’s raw balance, and it’s not literally raw balance, and they are literally liars.”

Omie apparently only had a limited amount of knowledge about the gambling website because he was asked to stream on it. “They offered me $3,000 for 20 hours of streaming.”

When Omie had finished his tirade, he was considerably agitated: “I hope he gets exposed. There you go, there’s your clip.”

Omie ripped into the streamer, labeling him and his gambling company a failure, as his audience commented that his claims would only increase Fedmyster’s views: “This will get Fed more views? Bro, tomorrow he can’t stream that shi* anyway. He’s gotta stop streaming once he realizes that his gambling website is an utter failure because he can’t get any traction for it because he’s an utter failure.”

Omie showed his audience the gambling website to demonstrate that nobody uses it before stopping his livestream. Observing that no one was participating in its global discussion, he said: “Look, no one’s on it. Anybody in the chat? Anyone in the chatbox? Jesus, little dry in here huh?”
