Soulja Boy Is Banned

Soulja Boy Is Banned

Soulja Boy, a rapper and Twitch streamer, was banned on Twitch for the second time in a day, just five minutes after serving one of the shortest bans in the platform’s history.

Since he started streaming on Twitch in 2018, the rapper has created quite a stir. After switching to YouTube, he’s done everything from destroying Among Us lobbies to labeling DrLupo and TimTheTatman “sellouts.” He even claimed that he was the single cause for the platform’s success. Despite this, his reputation as a streamer is growing, particularly after he stunned Twitch followers with a song inspired by the Squid Game. His momentum, however, came to a halt on December 9 when he was banned again on the same day.

Soula Bay was banned for the second time on the same day, only four hours after his first ban was removed. The reason has yet to be discovered. However, other supporters took advantage of the situation to mock him. They said he’s the first rapper who has been banned, unbanned, and then banned again on Twitch in the same day.

Soulja Boy was banned for the first time in his streaming career before the second ban. Many fans were puzzled as to what had occurred. Soulja was streaming sound samples while composing his own music when the incident occurred, according to Twitter user KoolKoori. Some followers even speculated that he was working on his own streaming site and was thus banned as a result.

However, in an odd turn of events, he was unbanned almost exactly five minutes later, leaving more questions than answers.

It’s not the first time a popular Twitch streamer has been banned and then unbanned. Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar encountered a similar issue in 2019. His suspension, though, was only for a little more than ten minutes. Soulja Boy, on the other hand, might be the first streamer to be banned again after serving a five-minute punishment.
