Sodapoppin Comments About Nmplol

Sodapoppin made some humorous comments about his roommate Nmplol on his most recent stream, noting that he “smells so bad.”

Chance “Sodapoppin” is one of Twitch’s most well-known creators, having been active on the network since 2012. He presently shares a home with Nick “Nmplol” and his girlfriend Maleena, two other streamer roommates. Soda has recently been in the headlines for his relationship with popular VTuber Veibae, which has sparked a lot of debate among followers of the two major streamers. 

Soda had just started his stream and was talking to his chat while contemplating what to play for the day during his most recent broadcast. He asked in his chat if he was merely an old man for not liking games anymore while sharing his thoughts on the popular game Lost Ark. “Maybe I’m old, am I old, is that what it is?”

One viewer simply remarked, “You’re old and getting fat,” to which Soda reacts with a lighthearted sigh of disappointment. 

Soda brings up his roommate Nick, who is thirty-one years old, and jokes that he stinks since he is “old” after discussing his unhappiness with approaching thirty. Nick is thirty. God, and he smells so bad now that he’s so old. Like, I can tell when he walks around the house, I’m like, ‘That’s a thirty-year-old in the kitchen.'” 

Soda quips that he’ll be a smelly old guy soon enough after explaining Nick’s old man scent, and he chuckles at the prospect. 

On Reddit, a few others expressed their comments to the video, including several jokes regarding the assertion that the 31-year-old is “old.” One can only imagine how Sodapoppin sees persons in their late eighties after labeling a thirty-one-year-old as an old, stinking man. Nonetheless, Soda is getting closer to the age he considers old, so he doesn’t have much time to keep making these jokes.
