Ryan Higa Banned & Unbanned

Another Popular Twitch Streamer Ryan Higa was banned for a short period of time and then unbanned after his fellow streamers petitioned and got backlash from well-known streamers.

Ryan Higa is a streamer known for his comedic personality. He was banned while casually playing Among Us with his friends and fellow streamers. His friends wondered why he suddenly went offline and Higa himself went on to find the reason behind his ban.

Minutes later, he revealed that he received a ban from Twitch saying he committed hateful conduct and his fellow streamers quickly reacted and denied it. Even the 100Thieves content creator Valkyrae, reacted at it and tweeted saying that Twitch must unban him.

Many prominent and well-known streamers call out Twitch on Twitter and ask them to unban Ryan Higa because he wasn’t doing anything wrong and he wasn’t guilty.

Ryan said that his stream just ended and then he saw an email and that’s when he knew the reason behind it.

15 minutes later after his sudden ban, he was unbanned and received an email from Twitch saying that it was all a misunderstanding and admitted that it was a mistake from their end. Ryan thanked all the support that was given to him and shared the good news to everyone that all is good now.
