Returning To Smash And Twitch?

American Twitch Streamer and Former Super Smash Bros player Nairoby Quezada AKA Nairo uploaded a YouTube video regarding his previous issue with his fellow streamer Zach Lauth also known as CaptainZach. His video titled “Update: Moving Forward ” consists of an explanation about his legal issue with his fellow streamer after he was wrongfully accused of being in a sexial relationship with CaptainZach. The accusation quickly spread and that caused Twitch to ban Nairo permanently. CaptainZach was 15 years old that time and Nairo was 20 which is why it was illegal. However, Nairo explained and released a statement defending himself by saying he was the one that was raped by CaptainZach and he wasn’t the one who initiated it. He then said that he would take legal action against CaptainZach.

Nairo then updated his fans that everything is now resolved and he and CaptainZach have now reached a legal agreement. He also said that the Smash Bro Community will not accept him anymore and that he is not returning to his home(referring to Smash Bros Community) but he was wrong because he was surprised midnight, on his birthday, when he received a discord invite from his friend which led him to a discord server where his fans and followers waited to surprise him.

He was surprised, shocked and touched by the surprise of his fans. They talked for hours. Support was given to Nairo which gave him hope that he would return and be accepted again to Smash Bros Community.

Many in the Smash Community did not initially listen to his side of the story. Many are now supporting him and understanding his situation. Some also say that they side with him now knowing the whole truth about the issue.

As of now, nairo will unlikely return to twitch and according to him, he knew that some people are still hesitant to accept and forgave him but he said that he is trying to move forward and leave all the negativity behind. He just thanks all the support he’s receiving right now and hopes that Twitch and Smash will look and process his appeal on coming back fairly.
