QTCinderella’s Take On Controversial Internet Figures

Twitch personality QTCinderella has urged her fellow streamers to refrain from “paying attention” to some divisive online personalities who have been stirring up trouble with their “misogynistic” viewpoints.

Kickboxer and online sensation Andrew Tate made an appearance on Adin Ross’ Twitch show and expressed a number of ‘sexist’ opinions during his interview, which created a heated argument among the streaming crowd. Since then, Tate has continued to make news due to his divisive opinions. Tate and several other Twitch streamers have gotten into a heated argument after they included Tate in their livestreams. 

QTCinderella pleaded with streamers to refrain from including individuals like Tate in their live broadcasts since it gives their opinions a “platform.” Therefore, it might have a negative impact on young viewers that could be dangerous. 

On July 26th, QTCinderella ‘begged’ with her fellow streaming celebrities to refrain from using “hot take sexist men” in their content. The remark was made in reaction to a controversial statement made by a young Twitch streamer named Amanderz, who claimed he would harass female streamers “because it’s funny” and creates “content.” This, according to QT, is a direct outcome of divisive individuals who are “blossoming on the internet” and promoting such conduct.

Her supporters agreed with the assertion that Amanderz’s actions resembled those of IShowSpeed, Adin Ross, and Andrew Tate fans in a concerning way. 

Tate is not the only internet celebrity who has stirred up controversy with his “misogynistic” remarks. Greekgodx, a Twitch streamer, came under criticism as well for saying that any future female partner may anticipate his “cooking, cleaning, and making sure my home is f**king clean.” 

As of this writing, it is unknown if Amanderz’s suspension from Twitch was caused by his statements. However, QTCinderella still finds it to be a concerning indication of the impact such Twitch behavior is having on young creators.
