Pokimane Stuns French Streamers by Her Massive Donation

Twitch streaming star Imane Anys, popularly known as Pokimane, has recently stunned French viewers by donating €10,000 during the annual ZEvent charity live stream.

Under the ZEvent umbrella, some of the most well-known figures in French content creation have teamed up to generate funds for charity over the previous few years. The event, which was founded by Adrien Nougaret and Alexandre Dachary, will return in 2021, running until October 31st, with the goal of breaking past records.

While receiving donations from some of Twitch’s greatest celebrities is nothing new for ZEvent, Pokimane’s incredible offer of support blew them away.

Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, and Save The Children are among the charities benefiting from this year’s ZEvent (Avengers France). Pokimane’s surprise donation of €10,000 wowed the large crowd of designers and animators who were playing everything from Super Smash Bros. to Lawn Mowing Simulator.

After the donation appeared, the streamers exclaimed shockingly; “What the f***! What the f***! Poki thanks a lot, from all the French community!”

In reaction to the viral video, Pokimane appreciated the gift on social media, writing, “This clip…so much charisma!!”

As one of Twitch’s most well-known personalities, OfflineTV is no stranger to large donations and support, but she constantly gives back and helps others, whether it’s through charity events or assisting new streamers.

Imane has also helped superstars such as Doja Cat in establishing themselves on Twitch, with the artist thanking the “queen” creator for helping them in keeping their live streaming on-air.
