Pokimane Hits Back At Critics

Imane Anys aka Pokimane is probably one of the most successful streamers on twitch. She is a wholesome streamer which makes her content entertaining for her fans. It seems that being popular has its negative side as well. She has faced quite a lot of controversies throughout her streaming career, however, she always managed to apologize or explain her side of the situation. Recently during one of her recent live broadcasts one of her anonymous donors told her that she is only successful because of her looks.

Upon seeing what the donor said, she instantly hit back and gave him a piece of her mind by stating; “You know, it’s quite odd. The amount of people who send me money just because of ‘my looks’. It’s weird because I think anybody can say that when you’re involved with entertainment. Of course, looking attractive can be a benefit to everyone.” She further explained;” But I think objectively, logically, have you not seen a billion girls especially on twitch that look better than me? How can my success be only due to the way that I look when there are many that look far better than me?”

In the end, she advised them and asked as to why they are wasting their money on just trying to tell her that, when they can take their money and spend it on themselves and have a career or something. She clearly deserves to be in the position she has because she has sacrificed a lot and worked hard to make it all happen.
