PewDiePie Reacts to xQc Room

Felix “xQc” Lengyel insulted his audience earlier in the week by displaying a sizable pile of trash. It had such an effect on his neighborhood that xQc decided to organize a cleanup stream and dispose of discarded food and unfinished drinks.

The first video of xQc’s unkempt gaming setup appeared on Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg and CinnamonToastKen’s Stream Fails YouTube video. A compilation of stream clips, including xQc’s room reveal, were included in the video. Right when xQc lowered his webcam, Pewds exclaimed: “Oh my fucking god, dude.” 

By how xQc’s room was set up, PewDiePie and CinnamonToastCrunch were taken aback. Food wrappers, rotten leftovers, and empty soda cans were all over the floor. In the cleanup video, xQc also acknowledged that the mold had begun to smell in his room. PewDiePie said; “The drinks I’m like… Okay. But the uneaten food? That’s just bad, dude. What do you think? You’re just streaming 24-seven.”

But xQc wasn’t the only one ridiculed for his streaming setup. World of Warcraft streamer Asmongold’s filthy room was also in the compilation, titled “Multi-millionaire’s streaming setup.” CinnamonToastKen was dismayed to see such a filthy room from someone who seemed so composed and gave his viewers so much advise. He even mentioned that he had seen films of hoarding that were comparable. 

In previous streams, Asmongold talked about the condition of his home and acknowledged that he had let his life to spiral out of control. This time, xQc made the choice to respond to the criticism. PewDiePie’s response on r/LiveStreamFails prompted xQc to respond. But his response was not at all what the supporters wanted to hear or had anticipated.

xQc said; “No joke… Nobody can relate to this probably. But Dave’s Chicken, when it goes kind of bad over a couple of days, it actually smells kinda good. Dave’s Chicken, when the fries and the pickles go bad, it smells decent,”

Fans pleaded with xQc to end his stream at this moment. They couldn’t bear the notion of xQc breathing in decaying, moldy food. At that point, he was even branded a “degenerate” by someone. However, this only partially explains why xQc keeps allowing his room to become so obscene. The sights and scents don’t seem to affect him all that much. xQc had already been discovered livestreaming from two dirty rooms. During one of the surprise reveals, his girlfriend can be heard pleading with him to tidy up.
