NRG’s Newest Signing: AussieAntics

From top to bottom, the esports organization NRG has one of the most impressive rosters of Fortnite Battle Royale players. Cody Conrod AKA Clix, Benjy Fish AKA benjyfishy, and most recently, Logan Eschenburg AKA Bucke are among those on the list. Many believe NRG has a stranglehold on Fortnite’s top talent, which has now expanded to include content creation with the organization’s most recent addition.

Shaun Cochrane, also known as AussieAntics, recently signed a contract with NRG. Since going full-time on Twitch, the former Epic Games commentator has made huge strides, and this is perhaps his most significant achievement to date.

Today, the organization announced its newest signing on Twitter, complete with a video. Grady Rains, NRG’s Executive Producer, brought the laughs once more while welcoming AussieAntics to the crew. Grady, who was looking for a new NRG member who was his age, was the focus of the story.

He came across AussieAntics and approached him with an offer. In the announcement video, Clix and Benjyfishy made cameo appearances. After the NRG news broke, Aussie’s FNCS Season 7 Finals live stream drew over 30K viewers.

AussieAntics will officially relocate to North America to join NRG’s Content Castle, according to NRG. The Australians’ expectations are unknown, but we can expect a lot of content and collaborations. Despite Epic removing him from the official broadcast, AussieAntics is in the best place of his Fortnite Battle Royale career as a creator.

For a long time, the well-known Australian personality has been creating content in Fortnite. He is best known for casting the AO Summer Smash in 2020 and has since risen to become one of the scene’s most well-known names. The majority of his time is spent streaming watch parties and gameplay on Twitch, where he has thousands of followers and creates useful YouTube videos.

NRG has made a significant acquisition in AussieAntics, and it will be interesting to see what the organization has planned for his arrival in the United States. It’s unclear when he’ll relocate to North America, but it’ll most likely be next year.
