Ninja Threatens Pokimane

Ninja allegedly attempted to stop JiDion from receiving a permanent Twitch ban, according to Pokimane, but this accusation could lead to legal action.

In recent months, hate raids have become a major issue for Twitch streamers, with many claiming that little is being done to stop them. Since both Pokimane and Ninja have been dragged into the biggest controversy so far, however, that may finally change.

Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys had to stop her stream on January 12th due to a bunch of angry viewers. JiDion, a fellow Twitch streamer, was the one who planned the hate raid, and he was immediately banned. Despite Ninja’s vow to advocate on JiDion’s behalf during one of his streams, JiDion was initially only banned for 14 days, but this was later changed to a permanent ban. Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, according to Pokimane, tried to use his Twitch influence to help JiDion avoid a suspension, but he denies it.

Ninja explicitly indicates in his own stream that he will ‘do whatever he can’ to help JiDion, while also pointing out that Twitch is not a place where you can ‘ratio bitches’. Even JiDion seemed astonished by Ninja’s use of the word in regard to Pokimane, and even Pokimane took offense at Ninja’s usage of the word in relation to him.

After that, Ninja’s wife Jessica Blevins sent a private message to Pokimane, which was then broadcast on Twitter, things only got worse. Jessica Blevins wrote; “We are considering defamation of character at this point and are getting our legal team involved. You are spewing lies to tens of thousands of people. You are actively bringing harassment to Tyler and I right now at the highest level and we are taking this very seriously.”

Ninja’s wife claims she told Pokimane that he just pretended to contact Twitch to keep JiDion’s fans from bothering him, something she claims she already told him. Several other Twitch streamers have expressed their support for Pokimane, including Valkyrae, Ludwig, and Mizkif, who all expressed their displeasure with the fact that she is the most popular female Twitch livestream.
