Ninja Shares The Downside of Fame And Wealth

One of the most popular streaming personalities Tyler Blevins aka Ninja shared with his fans and viewers the negative side of fame and wealth as he shared how money and fame could actually cause a lot of problems in one’s personal life. Ninja has become the most popular gaming personality in the whole world over the last decade. He is the most followed streamer on twitch as he currently has more than 16 million followers on the platform.

Ninja began his streaming career through participating in several esports teams in competitive play for Halo 3, and gradually picked up fame when he first started playing Fortnite Battle Royale. Now, during his latest youtube video where he hosted a fan question & answer segment on May 26th, he went on to open up about the negative sides of fame and wealth as he revealed how money can ruin friends and family. In the video, a fan asked Ninja how it feels to be famous just like he is now. Ninja was quick to answer stating; ‘Not good’. He further explained why. Ninja stated that even though money is great, money can’t buy you happiness as there are positives and negatives sides about everything.

He stated; “If you have money, 90% of the time or more, you sacrifice a lot. Relationships, family, time, love, friendships.” Then Ninja added how wealth can also complicate and even ruin close relationships with friends and family as he explains that when you have that much money, you don’t know who to trust anymore and you can’t trust anyone. Ninja also told fans how he is sometimes made to feel guilty about his success stating; “People come out of nowhere asking for money all the time. And if you say no, you’re a piece of s**t, you’re the worst, and they make you feel like a piece of s**t. How DARE YOU.”
