Natsumiii And BaboAbe Have Parted Ways

Twitch celebrities Natsumiii and BaboAbe shocked the world when they decided to live stream their nuptials in November 2022, but the couple has since split up.

Natsumiii and BaboAbe, famous Twitch streamers and OfflineTV stars, decided to livestream their wedding to over 60,000 viewers in the fall of 2022. The globe got to watch the romantic event and send their well wishes to the couple in the form of “pogchamp” and “feelswowman” emotes, despite the fact that the actual ceremony was a small gathering with some of the top streamers on the internet in attendance. The wedding went viral online and dominated social media. But only a few months later, the couple’s situation changed.

On July 31, 2023, only eight months after their wedding, BaboAbe announced the end of his relationship with Natsumiii in a tweet. He wrote, “Wendy and I are no longer together. Things happened, and I can at the very least say, with confidence, that I’ve done all I can to try to save our marriage and make things work.”

Abe stood strong to his pledge that he would not discuss his split in public after that and said he would go live later that day to explain the circumstance. He said in the live feed, “Wendy and I are no longer together. I know that there’s going to be a lot of memes and unnecessary comments, but as I stated in the post, I can at least wholeheartedly say that I, at the very least, truly have done and given everything that I possibly could to make things work. But you know, sometimes it’s just not possible. I know there’s going to be a lot of you that are wondering what happened, it hasn’t been that long since we got married. …but I do ask that you guys try to be respectful during this time. I’m sure you guys will be able to come to your own conclusions, just based on social dynamics and whatnot.”

The “last few months have been extremely, really hard,” according to Abe, but he claims to have taken some time to focus on himself. He continued, “I’ve been getting therapy, which has been kinda nice. I’ve been dieting, working out, and playing a lot less games. I’m in a much better place right now – mentally, emotionally, and physically. I’m ready to kind of just move on with my life and focus on myself.’”

Natsumiii hasn’t commented on the split to this point, although she did retweet Abe’s article on the experience. Not just Abe and Natsumiii have broken up after a significant live-streaming accomplishment. After becoming engaged in a video that went viral online in 2019 during Park’s subathon, Fuslie and Edison Park split up in 2021.
