MrBeast Gains Massive Subscribers in a Month

MrBeast, a well-known content creator and philanthropist, has set a new YouTube record for the most subscribers gained in a month, with over 9.2 million in November 2021.

CarryMinati, an Indian YouTuber and comedian, had previously held the record with 9.1 million views in May 2020. MrBeast currently has 82.2 million total subscribers on YouTube, making him the video content platform’s fifth most subscribed channel.

MrBeast added more than 300,000 subscribers every day on average in November, with a weekly average of 2.1 million. He earned 1.3 million subscribers in a single day on November 11th.

MrBeast’s popularity has risen due to his recreation of the hit Netflix show Squid Game. MrBeast revealed in October that he was working on properly recreating all of the games from Squid Game. The entire show is said to have cost $456,000 to build and put on. The video has over 126 million total views as of Nov. 30. MrBeast got 700,000 subscribers on the day of release, and the number of daily viewers only grew throughout the weekend.

MrBeast’s Team Seas project, which aims to collect 30 million pounds of trash from the ocean, isn’t the only project he’s working on. MrBeast has enlisted the help of a slew of streamers to promote the cause, and he even appeared on Jimmy Kimmel earlier this month.
