LosPollosTV Responds To Refund “Scam” Controversy

Popular Twitch streamer Louis Sammartino aka LosPollosTV has recently refused to refund the $350 donation from a fan after the fan claimed that it should be just $3.50. Some fans are showing their support for their favorite streamer by interacting in chat and by donating. However, it appears that sometimes there are trolls who are trying to profit off a streamer by doing chargebacks on their donation or getting a refund.

LosPollosTV has gained half a million followers on the platform has hit back at the donor during his January 24th live broadcast. During the stream, LosPollosTV suddenly received a $350 donation, but then shortly afterwards, the donor claimed that it was accidental and should have only been $3.50. Because of this, the donor asked LosPollosTV for a refund. LosPollosTV immediately denied the donor’s request and upon backing down, he got severe backlash from his chat. His chat was filled up with messages as some were calling him a scammer, and others calling out the donation as a scam but then LosPollosTV continued to defend himself stating; “You want to pay for the fees, give me the fee money and I’ll give your fking st back.”

Shortly afterwards he further explained as to why he denied doing the refund. He added; “I’ll deal with this. I don’t care about the money, I don’t need the money, it just pisses me off. It’s a donation, no one has to donate, It’s just like, why do people do this, and then I’m seeing people spam in the chat ‘you’re a scammer’. Dudes are calling me a scammer, I did nothing. I’m sitting here streaming, a dude gives me $350 and I’m like oh st, thanks bro, and fking 10 minutes later he’s like ‘I didn’t mean to do that.’ The f**k”?

After his stream, he claimed that he’d refund the donor anyway despite all the flak he’s already received after some took his initial response out of context.
