Logan Paul Sends Anya Taylor-Joy’s DMs

During a recent hilarious segment of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, YouTuber Logan Paul revealed his big crush on Queen’s Gambit star Anya Taylor-Joy, sharing the brave DM he sent her on Instagram.

Anya Taylor-Joy was recently cast as Princess Peach’s voice in the upcoming Super Mario film, as Nintendo announced just last week — but Logan Paul has had a long-standing infatuation with the Argentinian actress.

Since her initial appearance as Beth Harmon in Netflix’s critically acclaimed Queen’s Gambit series last year, it appears that the YouTuber-turned-boxer has made no bones about his admiration for Joy.

During a September 23 episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Paul opened up about his feelings to none other than Game of Thrones’ Hafthor ‘The Mountain’ Bjornsson.

Paul stated that after seeing the Queen’s Gambit, he slid right into Taylor-Instagram Joy’s DMs, declaring that the show was “fantastic.” He cautiously told a hulking Bjornsson sitting next to him, “Like a basic a** little b***h, I went right to her Instagram and shot her a DM.” in which Hafthor replied stating; “Awesome. Good for you!”

However, Paul interrupted revealing; “Not awesome. She hasn’t read it. Do you wanna know what I said? It was right when Queen’s Gambit came out, and I said, ‘Okay, but are you good at checkers?’ And she never responded.”

Paul’s efforts to court the actress didn’t end there, much to Bjronsson’s second-hand embarrassment over the YouTuber’s unrequited love story.

He went on to add, “And then like, five months later, I sent her another — I’m in too deep, bro. I sent her another one, and I said, ‘Hey, just following up on the above.’ Just following up on the above, with a little carrot.”

Unfortunately for Paul, it appears that his efforts to catch Taylor-attention Joy’s are going unnoticed — which may be for the best, given her current personal relationship with singer and musician Malcolm McRae.
