JustaMinx Talks About Hot Tub Party

JustaMinx, a Twitch streamer, decided to address the topic when many clips from her last hot tub stream surfaced.

A fiercely disputed topic on Twitch’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service is the streaming website’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, since the streaming service has received a lot of attention owing to what many consider to be inconsistency when it comes to upholding standards. One of the aforementioned restrictions prohibits broadcasters from getting involved in anything sexual or involving nudity. When it comes to streamers streaming from a pool or a hot tub, this aspect of the TOS is particularly important.

JustaMinx decided to address a tweet from Jake Lucky on January 29 that contained a clip of her prior day’s hot tub session during her live. It criticized Twitch’s regulations on nudity and sexual content, as well as the website’s discrepancies. He tweeted out; “When I see these videos I remember C9 Mang0 getting banned for air humping an Ahri statue and I remember that Twitch has no clue what to ban for when it comes to “sexual” content anymore,”

Prior to going over the tweet, she gave a bit of backstory on the day of the broadcast, stating that all of her plans “were messed up” as this was just after she got stuck in an elevator as part of a prank. She stated; “We had just gotten trapped in an elevator for an hour so all our plans were messed up. I was still shaken up, I was still all over the place so I was just like ‘alright, let’s just go into the hot tub straight away.’”

“Just give me two seconds,” she stated as she began to play the footage after which she rapidly paused and showed several clips that performed the same behaviors as the original clip, attempting to show that there were no changes between them.

JustaMinx stated, “First of all I’m getting a lot of sexism from this f**king c**t. There was no issue when this happened three different times on a man’s stream with actual f**king views. Maybe it’s because I’m a dying streamer or it’s a woman that is an issue.”

This isn’t the first time a situation like this has arisen. Only time will tell if Twitch will be able to fix the problem.
