JustaMinx Leaving OpTic House

The OpTic Gaming member JustAMinx announced her departure from the company on Twitch and said she has only 24 hours to leave the content house. After her traumatic encounter with a home invasion, Minx broke the news.

A drug den was found under Minx’s residence, which was thought to be an Airbnb rental, on the day of her birthday on November 3rd. This prompted an investigation. Even worse, it was said that a man was squatting there and that two other men were observed lurking nearby.

Sylum, Minx’s cat, too escaped and is still missing. Minx confirmed that she wasn’t in the OpTic content house when the attempted break-in occurred in a series of tweets on her @MinxMore account. The Twitch streamer went on to say that after she was released from the psych ward a few months ago, OpTic allegedly gave her just 24 hours to depart the residence. Minx also said in a stream that OpTic fired her. This clarified the reasons behind her three recent moves.

She claimed in another tweet that she never discussed quitting OpTic since she had signed a non-disclosure agreement and hoped to work out a deal with the company. However, it’s claimed that an OpTic employee told her friends and moderators about the information.

After OpTic Gaming acquired Envy Gaming earlier this year, Minx, the Botez Sisters, and CodeMiko all joined the esports organization. When asked by fans if her old roommates had supported her after being let go, she solely referred to Andrea Botez and Alexandra Botez as the “real ones” throughout the entire ordeal. While Minx deals with the firing and the home invasion incident, followers have offered to help. Minx had experienced turmoil over the previous three months, the most recent incident involving allegations of blackmailing Toxxxic, a fellow streamer. Some Twitch users made fun of her hectic circumstances, joking that she attracts drama and frequently finds herself in strange, bad situations.

The OpTic firing also didn’t seem to elicit much sympathy from many fans. Many people find Twitch drama interesting, but viewers must also keep in mind that streamers are still people. Like many streamers, Minx had previously spoken publicly about her struggles with mental health, and recent events have undoubtedly had an impact.

No one deserves to be made fun of when they are at their worst, regardless of what viewers may be saying about Minx on social media.
