JustaMinx Banned From Twitch

Streamer Becca, most commonly known online as her alias JustaMinx or just simply Minx, is a popular Twitch streamer, a Youtuber and an E-Girl Rejects member. She has gained over 500k followers on her Twitch channel where she streams games like Phasmophobia, Apex Legends, and Among Us. She usually streams Just Chatting content where she talks with friends on stream, watches YouTube videos, and sleeping streams.

She was recently banned from the Twitch platform for seven days. Her followers and fans were in shock because they couldn’t think of a reason as to why a wholesome streamer such as JustaMinx would be suddenly banned from the platform. Minx tweeted out that the  reason for her ban was due to hateful slurs and symbols. She claimed that she had used terms like ‘virgin’, ‘simp’, and ‘incel’ during one of her recent live broadcasts. Recently, Twitch announced that they will be blocking out the word ‘virgin’, ‘simp’, and ‘incel’ on their platform. Minx stated that she thought that Twitch’s TOS against the words wouldn’t be effective until January.

Because of her ban, she is now unable to participate in the Twitch game show “Love or Host” where she purchased a fursuit. It’s still unclear if Twitch has actually banned Minx for using the words she mentioned in her tweet, as that policy, as far as we know, doesn’t go into effect until January. For now, all Minx and her fans can do is wait for further information.
