Just9n Shaves Off Eyebrows Because of Twitch Donation

Justin Ortiz aka Just9n, a Former CS:GO pro player, shaved his eyebrows off during a recent Twitch livestream, saying goodbye to most of his hair following a generous donation of $25,000 from one of his viewers.

In the past, Twitch streamers have performed both impressive and hilarious acts of appreciation. This was done to express gratitude to their fans for their continuing support during charity streams and random acts of kindness. But a Twitch streamer and former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive pro, Just9n, may have gone a little too far during his most recent stream.

Just9n and his Twitch followers agreed to a deal on September 17th, in which the Twitch streamer will match all gifted subs to his channel. Just9n agreed to shave his head live on stream in exchange for this. The night’s subs target was set at 5000, and much to Just9n’s amazement, his dedicated viewers have matched and surpassed that goal in record time.

A viewer that goes by the username DerangedNativeopted to up the stakes when they asked whether he would shave his eyebrows in exchange for a $25,000 Twitch donation. This sparked a discussion among Just9n’s fans who quickly began debating whether he would do it.

Just9n stated that he had no objections to accepting the offer, but that he would talk with his mother and to Twitch star Shroud before doing so. Just9n’s mother didn’t seem to mind because she was confident that he would carry it through regardless of her input. Just9n, on the other side, received more support from Shroud, who provided words of encouragement.

Shroud stated; “Do it for the subs, not for PayPal. This is because gifted subs are harder to refund or chargeback than a regular donation and it’s best to secure the money before taking such a drastic action.”

Because of this, Just9n stuck to the deal and proceeded to shave his eyebrows off during his stream while stating; “Let’s do it before I change my mind.” Following the live stream, FaZe Mew responded to Just9n shaving his brows with the following tweet stating; “Just watched someone get donated $25,000 to shave his eyebrows. What is Twitch right now.” In which Just9n responded with a simple “yep.”
