Jessica Blevins Stepping Down as Ninja’s Manager

After triggering a major, dramatic confrontation between her husband and streamer Imane “Pokimane” Anys, Jessica Blevins, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins’ wife and manager, is considering a new professional route.

Twitch permanently banned Jidon “JiDion” Adams in January after he harassed Pokimane on the platform. JiDion got into a conversation with Ninja while appealing with Twitch to reactivate his account, in which the Fortnite superstar said he would reach out to his Twitch contacts to assist him.

Ninja’s support for someone who had been banned for pestering Pokimane was instantly questioned by Pokimane. While this would have sparked a debate on its own, Blevins amplified the situation.

Jessica Blevins, Ninja’s wife, appears to have sent Pokimane messages implying that Nina’s team may sue her for slander. Pokimane released a screen-grabbed direct communication from Twitter between herself and Blevins after her stream addressing Ninja’s comments. They show Blevins claiming that Pokimane was harassing her husband and hinting that legal action will be taken. Ninja wasn’t going to contact anyone at Twitch, according to Blevins, but Pokimane remained by her previous statements, stating it was still necessary for others to know about the situation. 

Since then, there has been no indication on whether the lawsuit would proceed, and the Pokimane vs. Ninja feud has faded from view. Blevins, however, recently stated that she would be stepping down as Ninja’s manager. 

Blevins added that she intends to concentrate on her own streaming business for the time being. For her spouse, a new manager will be hired. Like Blevins, the person will have to “eat, breathe, and sleep team Ninja.” Blevins will be able to take a step back and concentrate on her own profession as a result of this. 

Blevins said on Spotify; “He’s super supportive. He just wants me to be happy,” 

Blevins appears to be more concerned with her streaming career than with her legal struggle with Pokimane. And the controversy appears to have cooled down for good, with JiDion just announcing a cooperation with the woman for whom he was penalized. The surprising announcement has even JiDion’s own fans perplexed. Pokimane’s discussion of the partnership was also met with criticism, as she remarked that not everything is “black and white,” which occurred after JiDion brought out Pokimane’s usage of a racial slur on Twitch years earlier.

While the streaming community has been on a rollercoaster, it appears that things have finally settled down.
