Pictures of IShowSpeed healing from a severe sinus infection were posted today on social media, which is wonderful news for his admirers.
The YouTuber was admitted to a hospital in Japan for a week after being given the infection’s diagnosis and discovering a sizable swelling close to one of his eyes. While his supporters were quite concerned, physicians had recommended him to continue receiving care. It appears like Darren “IShowSpeed” is finally getting well because his mother is also traveling to Japan to visit him. Photos of the streamer reveal that the swelling around his eyes has nearly entirely subsided, and he is reportedly planning to return soon, according to fan-run update pages.
For those who are unaware, the 18-year-old YouTuber had flown to Japan to watch his favorite player, Cristiano Ronaldo, play as Al-Nassr played a preseason match against PSG in Tokyo. Despite the sad draw, IShowSpeed managed to meet the Brazilian football player and collaborated with him on a TikTok that quickly gained popularity online. However, a swelling above his eye required him to be taken to the emergency room two days later, on July 30. The YouTuber’s viewers were quite worried about him after his cameraman Slipper posted photographs. He was released from the hospital after being diagnosed with a sinus infection, so everything seemed to be going OK at first.
But a day later, the doctor ordered him back into the hospital to stop the infection from spreading. The fact that he published a little video demonstrating his symptoms did not ban IShowSpeed from streaming or creating content.
