Hasan Hits Back After Using Ableist Word on GTA RP Stream

One of the biggest twitch streamers Hasan Piker have recently come under fire after using the r-word while playing GTA RP on his March 23 live broadcast. Since the launch of the NoPixel server on GTA RP, Hasan Piker also known as HasanAbi has been one of the big streamers who have been playing in the server including other streamers such as Felix Lengyel aka xQc and Jaryd Russell Lazar aka Summit1g.

However, during Hasan’s March 23 live broadcast, he used the word ‘retarded’ while playing GTA RP. It all started when Hasan was arrested by the police in the game after a chase. Then, a message seems to have caught his attention as he angrily exclaimed snapping back at the viewer; “Not drive towards the fucking stairs? Are you fucking retarded?”

The clip of Hasan saying the word ‘retarded’ made the rounds on Reddit and social media and because of this, some commenters have called out Hasan for hypocrisy.

Also, some of his viewers have started to pester Hasan for an apology on stream and by the looks of it, Hasan was not too happy about it as he hit back; “You actually want an apology? I’m sorry for saying the r word ok? But you don’t want an actual apology, you’re a fucking freak dude. You just want to sit there and be angry, so here, I’ll play into it further ok — I’m not apologizing, so you can be angrier.” Still, many commenters on the popular subreddit LivestreamFail are calling out Hasan for the supposed hypocrisy of criticizing a smaller streamer for using this same word, only to use it himself a week later.
