Hasan Goes Viral

Hasan ‘HasanAbi’ Piker, a Twitch streamer, caused outrage after posting a TikTok video in which he crushed an entire watermelon between his thighs. Hasan raised over $115k for women’s reproductive health services, prompting the video.

Hasan, a popular streamer, is known for his frequent political comments, which has sparked intense debates among fans on stream and on social media. So it’s no wonder that Hasan was quick to condemn the news that millions of US women may be on the verge of losing their legal right to abortion, according to a leaked government document. He then took it a step further by organizing a fundraising campaign to assist women in paying for safe abortions. 

He offered to publish a video of himself crushing a watermelon with his thighs if the fundraising collected $100,000. Hasan followed through on his pledge by smashing his target. Hasan’s campaign raised $115k on the first day, despite his intended goal of $100k. So it was time for him to fulfill his promise to his fans and demonstrate his incredible watermelon-crushing abilities.

Hasan is seen sitting on his terrace before placing the enormous fruit between his thighs, saying “promises made, promises kept, folks.” 

His first attempt did not produce the desired result. His second one, on the other hand, went off without a hitch, giving him the ‘explosive break’ he desired. 

Fans couldn’t get enough of the TikTok, with the video garnering 412.7k views and 89k likes in just 18 hours. Hasan has raised $150k for organisations that assist women’s reproductive health services since the video was released. But he hasn’t stopped there; he has promised to continue raising funds during his streams.
