LIRIK Says That GTA RP is Better With Strict Cops

Twitch streamer Saqib Ali Zahid most commonly known online as Lirik has ranted during his stream on how strict cops on the GTA RP would make a difference. Lirik has recently been streaming and playing on the NoPixel’s GTA RP server. He roleplays as police officer Bayvon Barksdale who arrests players who break the rules with consequences for their actions.

During his April 5th live broadcast, he had a quick rant regarding his concerns on the game about the need for police. He stated that the key to a roleplay server being good comes down to the cop force. Lirik explained; “If there is not a good cop force, the RP sucks balls. If the cops are more strict and cooler, you feel the consequences stronger. You feel your heart. It beats fucking faster. If it’s dumbass two cops who don’t give a shit and they’re like ‘haha oh’ it’s not as fun. If the cops take it more seriously, you feel the authority. The authority is what makes you think or make your fucking hands shake. But that’s the beauty of RP.”

Lirik’s point is an interesting one as some of the best moments in GTA RP history have come because the cops took things seriously. It’s definitely worth saying that a lot of the GTA RP drama has stemmed from the police being strict and how players are punished for breaking the law. While some may find the policing a bit overboard, it’s hard to argue that the stakes are high.
