After being suspended for three days due to many sexism complaints and contentious outbursts, Dimitri “Greekgodx” has been allowed to return to the streaming service.
Previously, Twitch banned the well-known British streamer for reportedly twerking live. The majority of the community, however, believes that his nasty rant from the same day was the real cause of his temporary ban.
Greekgodx made a splash during his suspension and is now back to his regular broadcasting schedule. But just as things were getting back to normal, the well-liked figure gave another controversial opinion about women, confusing the public. He bragged about his first date arrangements, saying: “I’ll tell her sit down, shut up and f***ing watch.”
The infamous British streamer is one of Twitch’s most divisive yet well-liked personalities. When Greekgodx made his long-awaited comeback in 2020, his streaming channel immediately acquired notoriety as he started posting divisive opinions on the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccines, female creators, and many other subjects. Having said that, the streamer received harsh criticism last week for his divisive remarks on female streamers. He plainly stated that female producers who wish to date him will have to give up their streaming businesses. A brief suspension was imposed on the Twitch streamer just hours following this show.
His peers and his own community accused him of showing unnecessary disrespect to female streamers after the Amazon-owned platform suspended him. His ban has received a lot of attention from the streaming community as a whole, with the majority of people, including his own following, endorsing Twitch’s decision. In spite of everything, the prohibition on Greekgodx was removed after just three days.
But after a short while, the British streamer embarked on another ridiculous diatribe about women, in which he spoke at length about his ideal first date. Greekgodx described his expectations for the first date, saying that he would like to take his date fishing: “You know what I’ll do for a first date? I’ll take my girl out to the f***ing sea and tell her to sit done there and fucking watch. I’ll tell her sit down, shut up and f***ing watch. Watch this, I’ll go out to the sea, cast my f***ing rod, catch a fish, kill a fish in front of her, get a knife, scale the fish, cook the fish and present her the fish as a f***ing token, as a token. And if she doesn’t fall in love with me after that, I want another woman. Sorry bro, coz the only women I have ever caught wish for was my grandmother, and that is how it works bro. I’ll hunt and provide for you.”
Greekgodx’s conclusion, which added to the controversy and disrespect, was as follows: “Okay? if you don’t f***ing open your legs for me after I cooked and caught a fish, I have cooked it for you and presented it for you , if you don’t let me plant my seed after that then it is the next woman. It is next woman. You better fall in love with me after that bro. It’s the end bro.”
