Fire Alarm Goes Off

TommyInnit describes how his apartment’s fire alarm went off owing to his neighbors’ smoking, making him fear that all of his valuable equipment and treasures will be destroyed.

Tom “TommyInnit” is a renowned Twitch Minecraft streamer with millions of followers on both his Twitch and YouTube channels. He frequently collaborates with other well-known Minecraft creators such as Wilbur Soot, Philza, Dream, and a plethora of others. He told his audience that a lot has happened since the last time he broadcast today, before playing in the Minecraft Championship. He claimed that his apartment’s fire alarm went off in the middle of the day when he was practicing piano.

He ran down to the ground floor and waited for the fire brigade to turn off the alarm before returning to his apartment, fearful that the fire might spread to his room and consume all he owned. “I’m sat there thinking, “F*ck, what if all of my stuff has burned down?”

Luckily, his apartment was unharmed, but he was still perplexed as to why the alarm had gone off if there had been no fire; he asked a building worker if he knew what had happened, and he replied that the smoke detectors had gone off as a result of a tenant smoking in their room. “I ask the builder what happened, and I’m not kidding, it turns out the people under me were smoking copious amounts of m***juana! Apparently the bong blew up and they held it under the smoke alarm, ’cause they were high, where all the smoke went.”

He then went on to say that this explained the peculiar fragrance that had been wafting into his room, fumbling over his words as he tried to articulate how he felt about the situation, and finally adding that he couldn’t get out of his crazy new apartment. “I went, “Oh that’s good to know!” It also explains the strange whiffs I’ve been getting every other night! Oh my god… You can’t make this up! I can’t get outta here.”

As he related his narrative, his fans erupted in laughter, many giggling at the ridiculousness of the situation Tom found himself in. While it appears that there will be no genuine fires in the future, it appears that fire alarms will become a regular occurrence in this streamer’s life.
