FeFe Banned

In October 2021, VTuber FeFe received her second Twitch ban after supposedly streaming for only 15 minutes before her account was suspended live during the stream.

Live bans are normally only used in a few particular situations, such as when someone issues a DMCA strike because a channel is streaming copyrighted content, or when a serious rule violation occurs on the live, necessitating an urgent ban.

FeFe was streaming with her virtual 2D avatar topless while trying unsuccessfully to conceal the problematic areas (character’s breast) in the case of her ban, according to accounts from individuals who purportedly witnessed the stream that got her banned.

Because the streamer’s clips were restricted and the VOD was removed, it’s unclear whether FeFe was streaming topless from the start or if the avatar was “flashing” viewers a few times. FeFe claims that the suspension would only last 24 hours, telling her followers to “relax” and that she will “see y’all tomorrow.”

As previously stated, this is FeFe’s second Twitch suspension, the first being in June when she was suspended for 48 hours. FeFe is recognized in the community for licking other streamers’ avatars and for being one of the more NSFW (Not Safe For Work) VTubers. She regularly labels her avatar as “horny,” and she is known for describing her avatar as “horny.” Her own stream is dubbed “Lick’a’thons.”

Twitch prohibits flashing and any other form of explicit nudity and sexuality, and following the hot tube fiasco, Twitch does not want to leave anything to chance, including virtual 2D avatars.
