Fedmyster Defended by Asmongold

The return of twitch streamer Federico Gaytan aka Fedmyster’s twitch return happened recently and during his return stream, he went on to address the allegations about the sexual misconduct allegations and apologizes and acknowledges for his actions towards the offlineTV members Pokimane, Yvonnie and LilyPichu.

However, despite issuing an apology, it seems like some fans and personalities were not yet ready to forgive the streamers as his apology has been met with mixed reactions online.

Now, Popular twitch streamer Asmongold has come in defence of Fedmyster as he calls out those haters who are going over the line and making misleading posts about Fed.

Last year, many fans were shocked when Fedmyster was kicked out of the OfflineTv house due to sexual misconduct allegations from Yvonnie and Lilypichu. Since then he took a break from streaming and kept a low profile on the internet. Now that he has returned to twitch, he issued an apology for the mistakes that he made but some people in the community including Pokimane aren’t willing to welcome him back with open arms given the seriousness of the claims made against him.

However, twitch streamer Asmongold has come to defend Fedmyster from those people who are making some misleading posts against the streamer that completely crossed the line. During the Asmongold stream, he stated that he’s going to defend Fed because he believes that it is the right thing to do.

Asmongold said that the fact that Fed clearly acknowledged that what he did was bad and for him to accept responsibility and talk about these issues is a positive message. He continued to share his thoughts as he stated; “People are just sh*tting on him saying, ‘oh, well, you should have known that!’ Of course, he should have known that, but he didn’t. If you don’t like his content, that’s fine. If you don’t want to watch him anymore, that’s fine. But I think making misleading titles, and misleading posts about him is over the line and not productive or helping anybody.”

But then, it seems like Asmongold’s comments have started to sparked a debate on social media. Some viewers agreed with his view to an extent but others slammed it, claiming Fedmyster hasn’t doesn’t deserve a “free pass” back into the community.
