FaZe1 Warehouse Postponed

The Warehouse, a new reality show from FaZe Clan, has been postponed after a “wave of positive tests” resulted in the disqualification of many contestants.

FaZe has introduced its very own live show, ‘The Warehouse,’ which hopes to add a new content creator to its ever-growing fold in a big leap for live-streamed projects. The show sets 20 influencers against one another in a ‘Big Brother’-style competition, with all contestants living together for fifteen days in FaZe’s decked-out warehouse area (until May 20th). The proceedings are broadcast live on Twitch 24 hours a day, with different creators controlling the stream for an hour each day.

The stakes are high, the games are entertaining, and the prize is a coveted slot in the FaZe Clan lineup. The excitement among fans is understandable. Unfortunately, a rash of positive instances resulted in the disqualification of five contestants just days after the competition began on May 6. Potter, ENZO, Ernsto, Reversah, and Legend are among the companies affected.

While fans were quick to express their sympathies to the disqualified players and extend a warm welcome to their replacements, a tearful video posted by Ernsto on May 10 has caused some criticism of FaZe for DQing players rather than suspending the competition.

Ernsto cried as he stated, “I really thought this was it, man. I really thought this was the one. But whoever’s up there watching me, I guess it wasn’t my time.”

Twitter users are now urging FaZe to reconsider their stance on health concerns raised by the event.
