Fans Misses The Old xQc

Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel reacted against a Twitch user who gave money to express they missed the “old” streamer, saying he ignores individuals who obviously don’t follow his stream.

One of the most well-known Twitch streamers online is xQc. The former Overwatch player, who has upwards of 11 million fans on the Amazon-owned streaming service, is well-known for his expert gameplay, outspoken viewpoints, and occasionally terrible rages. The Canadian has been streaming on Twitch regularly since 2016 and is somewhat of an expert (alongside his esports career). Fans occasionally experience nostalgia for earlier times, games, and streams as a result. 

However, Lengyel had some harsh words for a viewer who sent money just to declare they missed the “old PVC” in a program on August 11th. PVC stands for “xQc,” and viewers frequently make fun of the streamer by calling him by three-letter abbreviations that rhyme with his real name. 

When the $5 donation with the remark “I miss the old PVC” came in, the streamer was playing Rust with friends. The contribution annoyed xQc even though it appeared to be rather innocent. He swiftly responded that he doesn’t pay attention to individuals who obviously don’t watch his streams. 

He said; “You’re saying that but the reality is you probably didn’t even watch the old xQc, to be honest. You’re just an LSFAndy. Why do you think I don’t budge to dogs**t f**king Reddit complaints and s**t like that? Because none of them watch the stream and know what the stream is about. They just flood in when there’s outrage and they go there to farm karma and get some free recognition on the internet to feel better about themselves. I do not give a f**k. Literal dogs**t. They don’t watch, why the f**k should I care?”

Some viewers were surprised that xQc’s response to the seemingly harmless remark was so severe, but given his growth and development on the platform, it’s maybe reasonable that the requests for a “old” version of himself irritate him.
