F1 Lando Norris And His Mental Health

Lando Norris shared his experience about the early times in his career in F1 and said that he frequently beat himself up mentally and said that he was anything but a confident young racer.

He opened up about his doubts and anxieties when he graduated to Grand Prix racing by the early age of 19. He then said that he overcame it and eventually succeeded in strengthening his self beliefs with the help of his manager, core group of people, and performance coach.

Norris talked about his mental issues and remembered that there was a lot of pressure back then and he kept on worrying that he wasn’t good enough and felt that he didn’t have that much confidence. He had lots of doubts and questions about his talents. He also said that he constantly thought that he didn’t do well and beat himself up a lot over it.

He admits that he mentally struggled a lot and says that talking about it is not the easiest thing to do but realized that it’s the best thing to do even though it’s something he doesn’t want to do.

Norris was glad that he was over with that stage where his confidence was super low and said that he was glad that he got much better compared the past few months. He also said that he is happy for bringing positive vibes to his viewers and relating to them. He said that being a twitch streamer and interacting with his viewers makes him feel better especially when his viewers affirm and thank him for helping them when they are struggling.

Having an impact on people is what motivates him to do more and be more positive and confident. Lando Norris is now a competitive racer and Twitch Streamer who’s much more confident compared to before and he is happy to share his down low times with his viewers and fans and relating to them.
